Finding your way around the Robin Hood trail is simple and fun. The twelve locations across Nottinghamshire are easily accessible by car for families, or coach for groups.

Those with a bit more energy and fans of the great outdoors can follow the majority of the trail by bicycle. Pick up Sustrans route six in the north of the county.

The twelve points are all relevant to the legend of Robin Hood. They include places where he lived, fought, hunted and preyed upon rich folk.
